 范围 本标准适用于××省普通干线公路预防养护、修复养护(大中修)及专项养护(桥隧加固改造、公路安全生命防护、灾害防治)等养护工程项目设计文件的编制,高速公路和农村公路可参照使用。

 总则 3.1

 公路养护工程设计文件是安排养护项目、控制投资、编制招标文件、组织施工和竣(交)工验收的重要依据。

 3.2

 设计文件的编制,必须贯彻国家有关方针政策,按照基本建设程序和有关标准、规范、规程,精心设计,做到客观、公正、准确。

 3.3

 设计文件的编制,应由相应资质、资格的设计单位完成,并对设计质量负责。

 3.4

 公路养护工程设计必须贯彻“安全、耐久、节约、和谐”的设计理念。应遵循因地制宜、就地取材的原则;结合我省经济、技术条件,吸取国内外先进经验,积极采用新技术、新材料、新工艺;加强废旧材料循环利用,重视环境保护。使设计的养护工程项目取得经济、社会和环境的综合效益。

 养护工程定额的采用和概、预算编制,应根据设计阶段的不同要求,按照交通运输部现行的《公路工程概算定额》、《公路工程预算定额》、《公路基本建设工程概、预算编制办法》,以及××省交通运输厅颁发的《××省普通公路养护工程预算编制办法》及《××省普通公路养护工程预算定额》的规定办理。

 阶段设计 养护工程项目一般采用两阶段设计,即方案设计阶段和施工图设计阶段。对于预防养护和技术简单、方案明确的养护工程,可采用一阶段施工图设计。

 方案设计 5.1

 目的与要求 5.1.1

 方案设计的目的是根据测设合同(或委托函),结合交通状况调查、老路(桥、隧)调查、技术状况评定等资料,拟定两个及以上的总体或分项设计方案,在进行技术经济比较后,确定推荐方案。

 5.1.2 方案设计需拟定施工方案,计算工程数量及主要材料数量,编制设计概算,提供文字说明及图表资料,满足立项审批的要求。

 5.1.3

 方案设计要求贯彻因地制宜,在利用既有检测资料的基础上,加强现场调查和检测,针对实际状况开展设计,注重设计的精细化、标准化。

 目的与要求 6.1.1

 公路养护工程施工图设计目的是根据方案设计的审查和批复意见及相关资料,确定设计方案和工程数量,编制施工图预算,满足审批要求,适应施工需要。

 6.1.2

 施工图设计 1 在方案设计的基础上补充必要的调查、检测及评定资料; 2 确定养护路段、内容及设计方案; 3 确定路基标准横断面; 4 确定路基路面排水系统和支挡、防护工程的结构类型及尺寸,绘制相应布置图和结构设计图; 5 确定各路段的路面结构类型、路面混合料类型,并绘制路面结构图;
