 一、计划执行情况 ××分公司(以下简称分公司)20××年初制定计划 190项,已完成 59 项,持续开展 116 项,未完成 7 项。

 二、实际执行情况 结合分公司实际情况,在年初制定计划基础上,删除计划 8 项,新增计划 6 项。

 三、存在的不足及整改措施 (一)年初制定计划时,计划内容不够完善。

 整改措施:年初制定计划时,按照去年各项工作执行情况,结合分公司实际情况,更加合理、完善地制定计划。

 (二)在计划执行过程中,工作存在延误的情况。

 整改措施:各部门在执行工作计划时,严格按照计划规定时间执行,并不定期“回头看”,避免工作延期完成。

 (三)在实际工作中,与计划内容存在差异。

 整改措施:在工作计划的基础上,合理、适当调整计划工作内容。
